I am in a car accident (100% of the other drivers, error), and there is damage to my car. I got 2 body shop, I went to, at least 800 U.S. dollars, compared with quotes of what the driver from the wrong insurance claims. Insurance wont to reach at least the minimum bid from the body shop, they said, because the stores are using new parts (OEM parts or something) and the insurance companies said they will only pay for the use of parts.
